GrowSF is looking for a Head of Operations to join our leadership team and help us scale.

We need someone who can help us iterate on our strategy, execute on advocacy efforts, write and publish content, and do whatever is needed to make GrowSF successful.

GrowSF is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit that advocates for a local government that works. We work to make San Francisco a safer, cleaner, more affordable city with world-class public schools, clean and reliable public transit, and a thriving business environment.

GrowSF was founded in 2020 and in less than 2 years has become one of the biggest political forces in San Francisco. We were leaders in the School Board and DA recalls, plus we made Outdoor Dining permanent, helped make JFK car free, and more.

We’ve had a lot of success, but we’re just getting started. We want to hire someone who loves San Francisco and is willing to work hard to make it a great city for everyone. This is a unique opportunity to be the first full time hire working closely with the founders.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 based on experience. This position is full time and includes benefits.

To apply, email your resume or LinkedIn profile to careers@growsf.org.
